  • Signatures of Treasurer C.H. Austin and Governor John Milton. Additional clerk signatures in upper left and right.
  • Portrait of George Washington in lower left, seated Ceres to right.


Condition: Very good, serial 4331 exhibits folding creases, light discoloration and fraying to edges.
