1939 New York World's Fair signed wood Kan-O-Seat cane. This seat was the personal property of Joseph Kopelowitz who had a booth opposite the "Billy Rose Aquacade" at the 1939 World's Fair. Kopelowitz would recognize famous people as they passed his booth and would ask they autograph the seat. The lot includes a printed page (see photo attached to lot) detailing the story / provenance of the seat as well as mapping each of the autographs to their location on the seat itself. A rather unique piece of 1939 New York World's Fair memoabilia.
