Queen Elizabeth II signed Royal document pardoning Alfred Frost who was convicted of two offenses of shopbreaking and larceny and one offense of officebreaking with intent to commit a felony and was sentenced to imprisonment for three concurrent terms of thirty months. Signed "Elizabeth R" in upper right corner, royal seal impressed in upper left corner. Reverse is signed by Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Henry Brooke.
