Museum quality scale model of a WWII German U-Boat U-203 Type VII-C in plexi glass case mounted on wood base. Modeled in fighting action, crew manned deck guns and Captain in conning tower. Historically German Submarine U-203 Type VII-C was built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine. This submarine carried out eleven patrols with the first flotilla and is credited with sinking 21 ships and damaging further three. Commissioned on February 18, 1941 and sunk on August 25, 1943 by British aircraft and warship.
