Late 19th century green and black felt kepi hat with 1st Pennsylvania Cavalry Regiment patch on the front, a gold-tone cord and two Uniform Rank, Knights of Pythias buttons. Marked on the inside by M.C. Lilley & Co. of Columbus, OH. Diameter approximately 7".

M.C. Lilley & Co. began making uniforms after the end of the Civil War. The Uniform Rank of the Knights of Pythias was created in 1878.



Condition: Good with some tears and loss to fabric.
