Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) badges, ribbon and pendants, lot of 6, including:

  • Two Ladies of the GAR pendants, one patented November 15, 1887.
  • Red ribbon with black lettering. The ribbon is from the 69th Annual Encampment, Department of Colorado and Wyoming, in Manitou Springs, CO from June 6 to 8, 1948.
  • Delegate badge from the 28th Annual Encampment in Topeka, KS from May 26 to 28, 1914. The suspension bar includes two American flags and the GAR badge. An American flag ribbon with gold lettering has information about the encampment. Pendant includes an image of the GAR Memorial Building, located at 120 West 10th Avenue in Topeka, dedicated May 27, 1914. Reverse of the pendant says "Erected by the State of Kansas as a memorial to the Union soldiers and sailors of the War of the Rebellion 1861-1865."
  • Badge from the 48th Annual Encampment in Pittsburgh, PA in June 1933. Button includes an image of Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Pittsburgh, located at 4141 Fifth Avenue. A black and yellow ribbon hangs from the button and gold lettering provides details about the encampment. Back of the button says it was made by Bastian Bros. Co. of Rochester, NY.
  • Registrar badge. Includes suspension bar with the word "Registrar," a blue American flag ribbon, and a Ladies of the GAR pendant.


Condition: Good with fraying and discoloration to ribbon.
